central location friendly staff enjoyable food
The location was very central! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant had very enjoyable food. I enjoyed it.
I did not like the lack of big lifts. There's a big staircase to access the elevator, it was uncomfortable with luggage.

central location helpful staff clean room loud music elevator malfunction disruptive noise
the location was perfect. plentiful restaurants and shops are within a short walk. the staff were very accomodating with good information. i had a standard double room and found it clean.
i think the hotel is above a nightclub. loud, bass heavy music played until about 1am. closing the windows did not dampen the noise. the elevator was out of order.

the location was really good, providing easy access to so many attractions. i discovered wonderful bars and restaurants nearby, offering diverse culinary experiences. the staff provided perfect service, always available to assist with a warm smile. the room included a lovely balcony, perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation.
I noticed a slight noise from neighboring rooms. it was barely noticeable and did not significantly impact my overall stay.

my room featured air conditioning that worked wonderfully. it provided excellent climate control. there were two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower.

The young ladies at the front desk were amazing!!! they stored my luggage. one even looked up the nearest post office and offered to drop off postcards herself. It warmed my heart.

the location was central so that was a plus. the staff were friendly and available at the reception. water, coffee and tea were also free in the room.
there was not much privacy in the shower area, also water went everywhere.

friendly staff perfect location modern room
The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. The location proved perfect. It was close to the metro station and within walking distance of main attractions. My room was newly fitted out and modern.
The elevator was really small, a minor inconvenience.
